Hi, I’m Adam... and I’ll be your guide for this Aarhus Audio Tour: Culture and History. We’ve got thirteen stops ahead, from the clean lines and quiet buzz around Musikhuset Aarhus to old Viking traces under your feet, crooked little streets like Møllestien, and that bold art museum with the rainbow ring that refuses to be subtle.
As you walk, listen for the city itself... bicycle bells, café cups, church stone, brick walls, harbor air. Aarhus is good at mixing polished modern confidence with very old bones.
I’ll start talking as you approach each landmark, but if the audio does not begin on its own, just tap play manually. If you feel lost at any point, open the map in the app... no shame in consulting the tiny oracle in your hand. At every stop, you can ask me questions in the chat below.
For religious or sensitive places, like Church of Our Lady, just dress respectfully. And while walking, keep an eye out for cyclists, light rail traffic, uneven cobbles, and your surroundings near busy streets and the waterfront.
If you haven’t already..
