And that brings our Rockford adventure to a close! Wow, what a day we’ve had together. From the buzz of the BMO Center, all the way to the peaceful beauty of the Cathedral of Saint Peter, we really covered some ground-and I hope your feet are hanging in there!
We explored awesome stories, met colorful characters from the past, and saw how Rockford has grown and changed. Maybe you found a new favorite spot today, or you felt a connection to something old and mysterious-like those ancient mounds in Beattie Park. Every stop had its own flavor, and you brought your own spark to each one. Thank you for letting me tag along and share a few jokes (and possibly a few groans).
