And just like that, we've reached the end of our Glasgow adventure! Can you believe how much ground we’ve covered together? From the twinkling lights of Ashton Lane to the grand halls of The Glasgow Academy, we’ve walked the very heart of the West End.
As we stand here at Kelvinbridge subway station, think back on the laughter of students at the university, the scraping history tucked inside old churches, the warm hum of a secret swimming club, and the stories echoing down every street. Maybe you even felt a little magic in the city’s air. I know I did-if you ask me, even the pigeons here have tales to tell!
I hope today you didn’t just see the buildings and bridges, but felt the pulse of Glasgow-its kindness, its creativity, its knack for turning every grey sky into a reason for another cup of tea (or a cheeky pie). Walking these streets with you, I was reminded how every journey, no matter how small, can open up whole new worlds.
So, take that spirit with you, wherever your next steps lead. Thanks for letting me share this slice of Glasgow with you. Remember: you’re always welcome back, and so am I-with more stories and plenty more jokes (some might even be funny). Until next time, happy wandering!
