From ghost windows to time-eating grasshoppers, the Cambridge we have explored is far more complex than its pristine lawns suggest. You can almost feel the weight of centuries carried on the damp river breeze. We have seen incredible architectural ambition carved into soaring limestone ceilings and perfectly balanced wooden bridges. Yet beneath that perfection beats a restless heart. The quiet courts were shaped just as much by academic rebellion... by students climbing forbidden rooftops, and brilliant minds unravelling the secrets of life over pints of ale. These walls bear the scars of history, marking the spectacular clash between strict tradition and unyielding curiosity. As you walk away from the river banks today, leaving these ancient walls behind, remember that the pursuit of knowledge is always a beautifully human, beautifully flawed endeavour. Thank you for walking these historic cobbled streets with me. Farewell for now.
