Before we set off, close your eyes for just a second-imagine the gentle hum of city life, the distant clang of a tram, the tempting smell of espresso drifting from a café, and centuries-old stones right beneath your feet. That’s the magic of Centro, Turin.
You’ll stroll from sky-high wonders like the Mole Antonelliana (that’s our first stop, and it looks like it’s balancing a pointy hat on its head!) to the mysterious mummies inside the world-famous Egyptian Museum, and even through ancient Roman ruins. I’ll start speaking up the moment you near each landmark, but if my timing ever lags behind your speedy feet, just tap play to bring me back!
If you ever feel turned around, use the map right here in the app-I’d hate for you to end up accidentally running the Turin Marathon instead of admiring it. Got questions or want some bonus stories? Message me in the chat at any stop-no question too small or “big cheese” for Andy!
A quick tip: When we visit sites like the Turin Cathedral, it’s best to dress respectfully-shoulders and knees covered, just to blend in and show some love for local traditions. Also, mind the lively streets-watch for cyclists, cars, and (most dangerous of all) distracted gelato-eaters.
Still on your home base? If you haven’t already, set your sights on the mighty Mole Antonelliana to kick things off. That’s where our journey begins, and I’ll be right there, waiting to greet you. So, lace up your walking shoes, sharpen those senses, and let’s discover the heart of Torino together!
