And here we are, my friend-the last stop of our incredible journey together! I have to admit, I’m already feeling a little nostalgic. We started our adventure at the Graeco-Roman Museum, wandering through the echoes of ancient times, and we just wrapped up at the Menasce Synagogue, a quiet witness to Alexandria’s deep history.
Along the way, we glimpsed treasures in museums, heard stories of mighty battles, gazed up at grand cathedrals and synagogues, and even tried to imagine the roar of the crowd at Alexandria Stadium (thank goodness I spared you my singing of the victory chant). We discovered stories from so many faiths and cultures, and it reminded me-and I hope you too-how rich and colorful this city truly is. Isn’t it amazing how so much history can live side by side?
I feel lucky to have walked these streets with you, sharing a laugh, a story, or an odd fact or two (did you ever think you’d hear so much about ancient bathhouses or mystery poets?). I hope you’re heading home with your mind buzzing and your heart a little fuller.
Before you go, take a look around one last time. Maybe grab a photo, or just enjoy a breath of Alexandria’s sea air. Remember, this city has seen empires rise and fall, but it’s still here-just like you and me, sharing its magic one step at a time.
Thank you for letting me join you on this adventure. If you ever come back, I’ll be right here, ready for another story. Safe travels-and keep exploring!
